Lithium started off being a multichrome magnetic polish, but the magnetic element doesn’t really show, but it adds to much more depth to the colour. Lithium is a golden, goldy green shimmery metallic pretty.
Opacity can be achieved in 2 coats, or 3 thinner coats if you prefer, a top coat is also recommended along with a basecoat to prolong the life of your polish
Polishes are all in a 12.5ml round bottle, I always add metal balls to my polish, usually a 6mm ball, but occasionally I use 2 x 4mm balls which helps with any slight settling that may occur. To resuspend any settling of pigments and particles, gently roll between your hands a few times, inverting it too. I follow my recipes very closely, but due to the nature of handmade there might me slight variations between bottles bought at different times.
All of our polishes are cruelty free and vegan friendly, they are also 10 free, which means that they do not contain the chemicals Toulene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Xylene, Triphenyl, Phosphate, Ethyl tosylamide, Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), Acetone or Parabens.
Ingredients include Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Phthalic Anhydride/ Trimellitic Anhydride/Glycols Copolymer, Isopropyl Alcohol, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Adipic Acid/Fumaric Acid/Tricyclodecane Dimethanol Copolymer, Citric Acid.
Please store upright in a cool place. Use in a well ventillated area, and DO NOT smoke when using it as it is highly flammable. Clean the rim before you recap, and if it does thicken slightly (or you prefer a thinner consistency) use a good quality thinner as acetone may damage the pigments and particles in the polish.
